Reminder - Acting for Film Class at 106 West with Dick Mays Begins April 7th - Register Today or Sign Up for Free Class !!!
If you've always wanted to be a movie star or just learn more about acting, take the first step today by enrolling in the Acting for Film Workshop offered at 106 West Performing Arts Venue in Winder.
The six-week session class will begin Tuesday April 7th, and sessions will be held on Tuesday nights at 6:45 p.m..
Dick Mays, who has written, acted and directed and produced short films, and has acted and directed with Winder-Barrow Community Theatre is teaching the acting workshop.
One of the goals of the class is to provide an opportunity for those interested in acting to work together on an ongoing basis so the class will be offered as an option throughout the year for those who choose to go that route. Another goal is to work together to produce short films which some of the session fees will also support.
The cost of the full session is $95 for adults and $65 for students. One free class is offered to those who are interested in seeing what the workshop sessions To register for the six week workshop or arrange to take a free class call 770-868-1977 or write beckytollerson@106west.com.
